You can be a member of this fine club with ANY 4x4 or indeed without one, you only have to share an interest, everyone is welcome. (Providing you stick by the few rules we have)

My Parents had one of the older style, petrol ones, and now have the newer style diesel one. I've driven several miles in both and i liked them both. Honest, reliable motors. They use the diesel to lug a caravan (fortunately this is done in France most of the time...), and i've driven it with the caravan, it did just fine, including up hills.

Nice car on the road, cant say I had many issues with it BUT you have no 4x4 controls at all and although I didnt try it, I got the impressing that it's probobly got no offroad ability at all. I woudl expect there arent any mods for them and a large number are actually only fwd. Also lots of nice fancy flashy plastic bits on the outside which break off real easy, seem them missing on a few cars.
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.
