help please, i have replaced the heater box in my 1991 classic and i now cannot find the electrical connector on the vehicles loom.  anybody know where it should be? the wires out of the box are all fairly thick and go into a 5 pin connector i can only find 2 similar connectors but 1 only only has 2 small wires and the other has dif coloured wires, the wiring diagrams in the manuals are not very forthcoming either, please help its driving me nuts n i want 2 get the old girl back on the road.

Can't give you a definitive answer bt don't expect the wires to be the same thickness, the heater box would have been made by an outside supplier who for their own reasons used a thicker wire.  Notice how the wiring loom seems to be very thin? with the right insulation you can use a much thinner wire for medium and high current applications (though voltage drop may be an issue).
