Well managed to get this disco for £550.

Ok it looks a bit dodgy, but a lick of paint and it shall be fine, i have all the bits off the rangie that the disco needs to get it functioning fully again :D

Good thing is the sills are good and the boot floor isnt completely full of holes, but then i have someone who can help with that as well :D

Well, i have picked it up and am half way home (in a hotel room again).  Its alot better than the pictures!  The transfer box is very sloppy, but if you move off carefully then it makes no difference, engine is sweet as a nut and it goes more than 80 miles without breaking down (unlike the rangie!!!)

Lordy, that looks like some sort of urban camo, leave it like it is mate :)

What's ther plan with ther Rangie then? after all the wonga you've chucked at it?

Gonna break the rangie i think, probably the best bet with it, there are some new parts i am gonna keep and some stuff its adviseable to keep for the new disco, but aside from that it shall go to the big scrap yard in the sky!

After doing most of the miles in it today i cant fault it, aside from the transfer box, it did a magnificent 34mpg and didnt heat up once :D

Just now got to get it finished, the camo does look good, but its all flat where the previous owner had done all the prep work for painting!
