I know that you are going to hate me for this but:

Yesterday I was playing in very very deep snow. Over the bonnet mounted spare wheel in two places.

Sometimes you just know why you had to buy a V8. It overheated though while ploughing uphill through wheel high snow. Not surprising when you think how much air was passing through the packed snow at the front.

Once I had dug the snow out of the radiator it was ok

Somedays I just love owning a LR!

I was up north-west of Aberdeen over the weekend and it was -11C on Sunday morning, having snowed on Friday night.  Unfortunately I had a hired Focus - could have done with a 4wd, although at least the Focus was a lot lighter than the Disco!

Saw a lot of tricked-up Landies and Suzukis heading west from Aberdeen on Sunday morning - wonder what this was?

Not started here in the centre of West Yorkshire, but the skies have that luminoscity that tends to be a precursar to the white flaky stuff.

A few flakes, then, nowt!  The sun came out again, I don't believe it it's December for heaven's sake, It's christmas on Saturday.  If it doesn't snow soon I'll have no excuse for not doing any christmas shopping!
