Can anybody help. My Classic keeps blowing fuses when I indicate left but ok when indicating right..
I tried changing the stalk and it still does it.
I were on it for an hour and half today only to hear a buzzing from the relay everytime I tried to indicate.
Aha I thought that is it........Nope...Relay changed and still blowing them.
So I left it...Came back out a couple of hours later to leave for work and they worked but didnt leave indicater on just pushed stalk down once..
Half way to work they blown again..No buzzing from relay just "bang" fuse gone..
Typical that the MOT due next Tuesday.
Please help someone??

I would have started with the lamp units themselves, but let me point out another obvuous one that I overlooked for about 4 hours recently, the towbar socket.  Damaged it whilst greenalning perhaps?

Yeah I took out the front bulb and it still blew but never tried the rear or the tow bar..
Will have to check them out.
Thanks RRB.

Also remove the rear lights and check the wiring behind them as i had a simier thing with my brake lights found the wire was trapped between the bodywork and the back light and had wore away so it was bear wire.

And don't forget the little repeater lamp in the wing, it (and the wiring to it) are the most likley to get damage I'd have thought.

cheers, Ross K
