Sat in Rabbit, hazards on, by the side of the road/limping along at 2mph and i'm obviously in serious trouble.

About 15+ green ovals steamed past on the way to the show, more than a few slowing to look, not one offer of help :( I thought landy owners were supposed to be helpful, sure there was a thread on it a few weeks back.

Was rescued by Paul EA51MUD in the end, so glad one of our own members came through. owe you a beer dude!
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

Been doing the pre-flight service on the 110 today which included Oils.

I did the engine oil then drove up to the top of the estate to a level road
to check the level. I let the oil settle, popped the bonnet and lifted the
hood... walked back to get some rag for the dip stick Stuck my head under
the bonnet and then pulled out the dipstick... turned to see a Disco draw
in, chap jumps out and says "You OK?".

I'd only had the bonnet up 30 second!

FANTASTIC!

Made my day it did... we had a good chuckle about it being the only flat
place on the estate and I thanked him for his kindness.
