Generally the front are shorter then the back, but with HD ones it's not as obvious.
HOWEVER, if they came from a V8 and you fit them to a TDI then they might sag a bit too much.
I think mine are pro-comp so I can go outside once it's stopped raining and count the coild for you.
But I'd guess the back ones have thicker steel in them.
Just to make life even more awkward, but I'm sure I've heard that procomp springs where handed left and right on at least one axle.
if i remember correctly when i done dad 2" lift the front springs were smaller in diameter than the rears.
is it worth tring to contact pro-comp?
Front springs are shorter than rear ones.I just popped outside with my tape measure and my 2"+ scorpion springs measure 14" top to bottom on the rear and 11.5" on the front (this is on the vehicle so is compressed)
