Hi, my rear wiper has started to stop ( park ) in the vertical, anybody got any idea why,

There's a little microswitch inside the motor casing that's supposed to maintain the power after the switch is turned off to return the arm to the park position. It's probably gunked up or worn out.
It's possible to take the motor apart to get at this switch although you'll probably wish you hadn't. I
replaced the motor on mine
a little while ago as it had siezed and the inside was a right mess.
