I was stopped outside a shop in Aintree a few weeks ago on the way back from a laning trip in North Wales, I had a bit of mud on the motor.
Next thing there is a gang of six kids, scallies, little scroats (what ever you want to call them) all about 13 or 14 years old shouting
"have you been to Toms Farm, have you been to Liegh?"

How do they know of these places?

Anyway from what Ive read its not my cup of tea, I preffer the lanes

Ste Scouser (no offence taken)

Is it Toms farm in Mid wales

Used to go often, but not for a while now, manily due to the NERC ban as tying to get all the lanes in before the ban. Since Dec found more to go on so it tends to get missed.

I like the place big and plenty of space.
Without a club  2008 - any takers

Ah memories, first time off road with a standard range rover complete with all terrains and plough, start with strata florida and then finish with toms farm and yes I did get stuck, several times  . Spent most of that weekend playing catch up with 90s doing 90

If you like mud then certainly worth going to once, but it can become quite samey after a while and macke sure you have someone with a winch with you cos chances are you can get very very stuck if your not careful.
