Stick with the Discovery until you find a nice 110, why because if you bought that TVR you know you'd have to wash it  :lol:

Well the 'Works Van' (Mondeo) or the Fabia can tow the trailer.
We're considering putting the BWSOW on a site rather than keeping it in storage where its stayed for all but 2 weeks since August 2003.

Decided against those 2 TVR's though for 2 reasons;
1. I prefer the Griffith 500
2 They're Blue :shock:

I actually had an insurance quote before I bought the Discovery because we were considering buying a Chimera (didn't have that BWSOW then & SWMBO's Volvo would have coped with what we had)
The quote was in the region of around £600.00 fully comprehensive, not bad given the group it was in, the performance potential & the attractiveness to scumbag thieves.

a friend of mines girlfriend wacked a jesus army bus up the a?rse in a griffith, luckily he owns a motorcycle custom paint shop and is use to repairing fibreglass. when they got the car in the workshop i didnt think it would be repairable but it is just like a "kitcar" the chassis is set along way back and the accident didnt even mark the chassis.
when replacing parts he didnt use TVR parts but went to after market suppliers, a typical example, lucas light from TVR £80 + vat bought the exact identical part for £22 all in. he painted it kameleon flip and it looks absolutly stunning
i love TVR's and i will own one in the future, they are a little like landrovers in the way you could strip to chassis and rebuild.

GO FOR IT, BUY ONE.

if there anythin like the tvr i was workin on b4 i changed jobs there is a low risk o it getting twoc'ed,as soon as the battery went flat NOBODY could get in,was fun considerin the jump lead kit was in the boot & its operated by an electrical solenoid thingy doofer that doesnt work with a flat battery   :lol:  :lol:

no they didnt swear but they had a group hug in the middle of the roundabout and i am not joking, they really did. however the christian ways soon evolved in his girlfriend being sued for nearly 60k in compensation and noone was actually hurt it was wiplash and the usual back probs.

Ahhhh so that's how they can afford the renovations on a old Northampton cinema as their new place of worship - Prime location though being a 'charity' has its advantages :roll:
