1. Did Land Rover ever make a G4 90
2. If I painted my 1988 90 in Tangiers Orange, would everyone think, "you idiot" trying to replicate a G4?

Its either that or Bonatti Grey, but I think its a little boring!

I don't know about the G4 thing but I'd paint it orange because you don't see many orange cars let alone 4x4's :D You could then fit black tiger strips & you would never lose it in a car park
Sorry got my coat & i'm off
I don't suffer insaity ! I enjoy it !!!

Go for it. Sprayed up nice would stand out. I don't think it would matter if G4 made one or not.

No, there wasn't a G4 90 used on the challenge.

For the 2003 event they had Freelander, Disco II, Range Rover and 110.
For 2006 they had Freelander, Disco 3, Range Rover, RRS and 110.

They did make a 90, and a 110, G4 LE version which was never used on the event, that came in Java Black, Borrego Yellow, Zambezi Silver or Tangiers Orange.

For more info have a look at the G4 Owners Club
