Ok done the enigine change let it run its self in for a bit now need to sort out the idle as its sitting at about 1500 when i undo the plug for the bypass valve.
Now got lots of differant ways of doing it acording to differant books.
So do i adjust the base idle at the maf end or is it done at the plentium chamber end both have allen keys srcews for adjustment. I thought it was the idle adjust from the pllentium chamber and mixture was adjusted from the maf meter screw. Also as its pinking a bit on petrol which way do you turn the maf screw to say weaken the mixture is it anti cloclwise or clockwise.
Thanks

You adjust base idle right nest to the butterfly valve but you need to block both ends of the bypass pipe to do it right.
IIRC the screw in the MAF is for idle mixture, running mix is corrected by the lambdas
Pinking, more likely over-advanced
