Got the old ones out no problem (they are very worn).
How on earth do you put the new ones back in??????
So far put loads of lubricant on them and tried guiding them in using vice, but stops just before it needs to pop through the taper bit in the middle.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
again

If the are the ones with the metal sleve in the centre, cut them in half. They cant go anywhere once they are in.

Did the vice bit again, plenty of grease, spaced it, and used a washer on the bush to even the pressure and low and behold poped in a treat.
Thanks all for your replies.
