Strange noises in the night

Can anyone else here the strange rumbles and booms i can been going on about an hour sounds like bombs going off  :?

it seems to be coming from whitington (the staffs regiment finnished today ) must be party time

just a couple of miles from tamworth towards litchfield , if the wind is in the right direction we can hear the ranges , tho never as loud as tonight

prince charles was in tamworth today , so i was guessing it was to do with his regimental duties , could be wrong tho
