Disco 200tdi in 90, almost done just need some help!
« on: September 03, 2007, 12:37:03 »
Hi all,
I'm most of the way through putting a dsico 200tdi into my N/A 90. Just need a little bit of help to finish off.
I've obviously disconnected the fuel lines ect from the old engine and i'm not quite sure how they go onto the new pump, ie. flow and return. Anyone know?
Secondly what wires do i connect to where on the back of the 200tdi alternator?
Any help would be great!

Cheers

I had the same problem with my 90, I put a post up and didnt really get a helpful answer, are you using the 200tdi or 2.5 na filter, I will take a pic and post it up soon.

I'm just going to use the na filter, the ends all look the same so that shouldnt be a problem.
Forgot to ask but how did you connect your old PAS box to the new PAS pump? I'm struggling to find the right part?
Cheers

If you take the pipes to Pirtex or similar they'll make a connection up for you.
