hay mate,me and my dad done what you wanted to do and all we had to do is drill 4 holes for the prongs and at the back make the hole bigger as the back of the light is bigger,we done no welding at all and didnt have to touch the body work :D hope this helps at all :D
If your lights are dimm....., replace lamps with higher wattage and switch them through a relay and not the stalk switch...., they are defo brighter that way :idea: :idea:
