Saw one today - across two spaces in the local supermarket (the white line was pretty much lined up with the centreline of the car). Is it just me or does anyone else find the ability to park properly decreases proportionally to the size of the vehicle? I've seen 22ft motorhomes parked perfectly (ok, taking up two spaces but no more, and they didn't really have much option) and little Corsas slewed across a space so as to make the ones on both sides unusable!
I normally upset these sorts of people by parking properly in the space right next to the Drivers door and they usually moan at me for not being able to get in to their vehicle because my parking was rubbish in which i say i am between the lines and they are over the lines on both sides of their vehicle
and heres the one of me getting a bit close to a bmw. which had gone when I came out.

just so we know some are keeping up the "good " work.
i wish i had videoed the female driver attempting to park next to me the other day.. must have taken 5mins, with her red husband attempting to guide her in..... think she was scared of the muddy landrover, and didnt want to get too close.......either that or santa had only given her a reverse gear for xmas, and she wasnt sure how to use it yet! ended up she went forward straight into a bay further down! so funny, had to give a round of applause!
I think the Russians have this sorted ;-)http://englishrussia.com/?p=1213
