how do i download it or copy it to my computer

Er......

Click on the "download" link to the right of the video window.

Seems that you'll need to download "metacafe pro" whatever that is, which I am not going to try as I don't want too much junk cluttering this machine.

The same video may well be on other sites that may allow you to download without needing extra software.

Try vixy.net - not sure if it works with Metacafe.

If not, there are some freeware downloaders;  I can check the one I've been using recently but can't remember the name offhand and it's on the other laptop, so let me know if vixy.net doesn't work.

PM an email address and I'll mail it to you it's a 6.2MB flv file which will either need converting to avi or use the brilliant & free VLC media player to play it

If you use the Firefox browser then there's a little add-on to grab embedded videos from Youtube & metacafe etc.
