Anyone out there done this before? my six pot has to go and i have a good V8 with a conversion plate and a 1ton box ready to go...
:)
Im looking for any pics of a V8 in a series especialy the near side exhaust header onto chassie rail :? any pics would be of a great help..
Especialy if its in a 2b.. :) this is the only thing that may be a problem for me and if i can sort it before fitting to speed things up would be great..

Its been done there was a guy in the series 2 club that had such a beast.He sold it on a few years ago dont know what happened to him or the Landy .I remember it went like stink and sounded great as well

Hi. As luck would have it I own a 2b with a rover 3.5 carbed V8 in it.

thanks ive just had a look at your pics it looks great, would you be able to get a pic into engine bay at exhaust headers for me??
I also noticed that its a coiler did you change the chassie?
How dose it drive with V8 ? what gearbox are you running?

Hi
The gearbox is Range Rover 4 speed Manual. The chassis has had modifications Not sure but may have been changed. It had the V8 in when i bought it.
The cab sits higher than normal so as to have room for the engine.
I will take the pics as soon as I get him back.
