Disco II steering box leak
« on: October 18, 2007, 20:18:31 »
After thinking I had finally cured all the problems on the old girl it now seems that the steering box is weeping PAS fluid from where the arm comes out of the bottom. Does this mean the box is scrap or is it possible to change the seals?

I'm told changing the seals works well on this box.  That's what I had done to mine, and it's not caused any more problems.

Try a tin of PAS seal in it once you've fixed it too.
