I know what you mean though, I think the guys at scrubs paid a LOT of attention to how hospitals work, just that them who havent worked in/around/near on dont beleive it can really get THAT silly if not worse :)

We used a Doctor who's name was Morten (people onlyever seemed to hear the 'Mort' bit - as in death/Mortuary)
