I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

Hello mate

I have an X-Eng fan switch running a single electric fan on my 110 & personally I wouldn't fit another electric fan without one.
I used a Croytec switch which I have wired to fan constantly on in position 1 & higher temp for motorway towing.  It also illuminates the legend with sidelights on & the bar illuminates when the fan is running.  Not cheap but great quality.

As for lights...could be anything
Cheers
Did everyone see that?  Because I will NOT be doing it again!
