I just drove a Discovery 3 15 miles with a front plate that says "GREENS" and a back plate that says "DISCO 3"I did have trade plates on the front dash, but there was no way they could be seen from a traffic car. I was stopped by an occifer of the law to allow a large tractor to manouver a trailer off the highway that had been damaged. I had to laugh when he came to the drivers window from the rear and said to me "thats a cool reg plate, how much did you pay for it?" He was most disappointed when I showed him the trade plates and pointed out that it was a display plate :lol:

This boy in blue was a man with ten years (minimum) service!!I remember him ticketing a mate of mine at least ten years ago for speeding (the mate definately deserved it, he was doing 80mph in a national speed limit area when he passed the radar gun :shock: )
