I have just seen the worst piece of driving that has not ended in a fatality, by a driver of an Isuzu.
While waiting about 30 yards out on the approach to a rounabout, the dickwad pulls out onto the opposite side of the road, belts down, narrowly missing a young lad on a motorbike, and then forces his way back in.
What an inconsiderate arse!

Ben you are still entitled to claim from her insurance compay directly, well legally from her in fact.  How long ago was it?  if it was recent then a nice letter from a solicitor might help things along.

This is unfortunatley why it's worth having uninsured loss insurance, years ago my dad had DAS on his policy and they ended up putting a bloke in prison for not paying for a repair that cost about £120

unfortunatly it was a year ago and i nolonger have the disco in question and i had spocken to my solicitor about it and he told me there was naff all i could do as my insurance had dropped me as they thought it was my fault,

oh well i will never be using that insurer ever again

My mate works at the local college had his car written off parked on the car park.

This is what happend one of the students gave a mate his car keys to go get a foot ball for a kick around, the lad with a mate jumped in the car and took it  for a spin on the car park, ended up going backwards hit a curb went air bourn hit my mates car in the back wing shoving it into another car.
The lad has no driving license or insurance he was given the keys without permission to drive, the police are involved, but my mate is left having to claim off his own insurance and standing the costs.
