Ah.I though maybe the lamp should come out ~ maybe I should have read the workshop manual first.Come on, there must be someone else who has done a simple job the hard way (or is it just me..........?)
A couple of hours to do the front ones?You wait till you have to do one at the back mate, you might as well just sell it I don't think you'd live long enough of have the vocabulary to swear enough for them :)honestly, I've never known one in a more awkward position

Its not just lamps [or blubs] i have found hard on the 110 .I find that if i take some thing off to fix etc it's best to use the landrovers friend copper ease before you put it back together.Then next time it needs to come off it might be a bit easyer
*weeps uncontrollably* I had certain expectations and hopes of owning a green oval.Each time I look at the electrical system I find myself looking for my blowlamp and a bottle of meths.
