How old/innocent is your kid? I certainly wasn't any older than a young teenager when I first came across other kids reading HMV (on a scout camp IIRC) and that was best part of a decade ago now.

I certainly do not think its right, but this happens to be just another part of the world you and your family live in.

I don't think Steve noticed them, they are every where now a days so I think we just overlook them, however, I know he is thinking about cancelling his subscription as he is getting increasingly annoyed with the magaine and some of the articles they are choosing to publish, one he pointed out to me this month (i think) was how to clean your washer nozzles, yes I understand there are some people who won't know how to do it, but surely its not worthy of a couple of pages of a magazine, plus don't cars have manuals for that kinda thing?  :?

mate he is 6 years old.....and loves his land rovers as much as i do.... lro is a good clean mag normaly that i know i can give to him staight out the package without worry.....well used to be able to anyway.  :? he doesnt get the chance to open a news paper either.

this is my choice as a parent..... isnt it????

I wrote to the mag as soon as I saw them, I'm no prude but!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

not appropriate, and I've had to explain to my 7 year old what "how long can you last" means in an advert!! Not happy.
(needless to say she didn't get a real answer!!)
