agreed!

google says:

http://www.milesfaster.co.uk/a-e-int-dial-codes.htm

and i`m fairly certain that when ringing greece we use 0030...... (the 00 is used to dial out of the uk the next two are for the country)

hope this helps!

Nope  :(  Getting very concerned i still cant get it to work, checked the number on the paperwork and web adress, Shortened story wife has flown out to thailand tonight approx  9 hours later than planned ( long story) But will not be met by anyone from the tour people   Unless i can contact them before the original plane lands (shortly) or i 12 hours when wifey lands,

If it were both of us i would not be quite so concerned , but as she is now travelling alone im a tad more concerned, i shall try to get hold of the airline @ bancock??

Germany to the UK when I was there was 0044. So it seems to be a common idea.

have yuou tried e-mailing them?

bit of a last resort, but i understand your concern... swmbo is in the trafford centre with her friend at the mo... luckily shes only got a dawoo matiz, so cant gfit that much carp in!!

..and i do worry about her safety of course, lot of bad people around, but usually common sense, sticking to public zreas etcx is fine.

have you tried the airport? see if they have a number? or could transfer you?

try without the 0 from the (01) part as like when phoning the uk from outside you remove that 0, or try it without the (01) altogether as that might just be internal to Thailand.

I would say the number should be 006018859490

++ is not recognised as an International dialing prefix (+ or 00 should work equally well)
It is usual to remove leading zeros from numbers when calling internationally

Can you get onto the tour operators website (if they have one) and recheck the number?

Also if the flight was paid on credit card the credit card company may be able to help you.

I hope it works out
