MOT Time
« on: November 20, 2007, 15:43:42 »
Just picked up the Landy after having it’s MOT. Was dreading the worst, but suppressed to see that it only failed on a few worn bushes! After some new bushes and a re-test, a clean bill of health with no advisory notes was given!!

Not bad for 21. Even the windscreen washer jets worked!!!  :D  :D  :D  :D

Just got my 90 through the mot today, After failing on a brake pipe, and side lights not working on near side. I touched the fuse and hey presto! let there be light :D. I may sleep tonight now, plus the 200TDI conversion is now complete  :D  :D  :D, And I am well happy with the custom made stainless steel exhaust system, some pics in my gallery. I also got some genuine L/R side windows to fit into my beast for £60 delivered :D more work to do now fitting them  .
Land Rover repair guide, Don't fix anything, because if you do something else always breaks, so fix nothing and nothing will break!!!
