Nothing to do.......
« on: November 23, 2007, 13:05:57 »
I have three Land Rovers and...................nothing is needing to be done on any of them at the moment

Nothing.  Everything works, nothing shouting for attention, everything happy.  Oh sure, I could find things to do, but there is nothing which needs doing, IYKWIM.

What will I do with my weekend now?

Well, you can't go shopping, as apparently Saturday is 'Buy Nothing Day'.  Great excuse if the missus tries to drag you out shopping.
Earn some brownie points by asking er indoors if anything needs doing?

get a mate to follow you in one, get stuck, use second to sufficiently break something in removal of first truck from mud trap (or what ever you got it stuck in, a tree, a bog-hole etc) use second to tow first home, place it in garage. say to your mate, OK you've been promoted to winch bitch. call another nutter around you, go out again, get stuck, have other driver laugh at you, drag you out, return home under own power, 5mins before reaching home, your clutch/bearings/propshaft/alternator/brakes/battery/lights/fan belt/radiator/fuel pump or something else, will surely give up the will to live, then giving you two trucks to fix.
