The weather forecasters I heard on the radio this morning are predicting lows of minus 7 this weekend and very heavy snow. :D They are also saying it is the first of many cold snaps this winter. I have said since march it wil be cold this winter and nobody believed me!!!

Might be having some fun on Monday then!!

You Horrors!  I've not left work yet, and you've got me going back already!

You could have waited till I'd gone home, you awful so-and-sos.

If I can't get into work cos of all the eejits that try to get to work in their roller skates and cause jams, I'm expected to make the time up!

Bah!

Laning over the peaks last weekend, was great Sunday morning getting out of the tent to find every where with a blanket of snow!
Could do with a load of snow down here to keep some of the idiots off the roads. was great last weekend, hardly any motors around the peaks

Cheers

Mark

I have been told differently for my job. we are expected to turn up at work and then if the conditions are too dangerous to go out in we get sent home again. We have to stay about 2 hours in the office to see if the roads get any better. Sounds good to me though :D

Being the only one at work in our patch with a 4x4, my boss is quite eager that I'm available at all times...........we look after some remote sites, and it's not unusual for some of my colleagues to get their euro-boxes stuck, normally in muddy fields

This 'availability' thing does have its benefits though

Excellent news indeed...................for you lot! Snow in Hampshire means a light dusting of white stuff on Butser Hill, and rain everywhere else. Definately not fair!
