New Scammer on the prowl

Just had this recently posted on LandyZone and as It's blatently a prelude to either a 419 type scam or some idiot selling snake oil for landys I thought I'd post the link incase anyone sees anything similar on this or other forums.

Crikey, I thought it could get bitchy on here at times but there's some stiff word on that forum.

Anyway, I sort of lost interest half way through.  What exactly were they proposing? adding water to the engine?
