Car Leasing

Hiya

Ive currently got a Company Car (07 Golf GT Sport140bhp version).

now at the moment, i get taxed though the ring as i get all my fuel for personal and business with the car.

Im contemplating a job change, but id obviously loose the car.

Has anyone had any experience with leasing a car?

Id kinda like to keep the same kind of car, as i find it perfect, and it gets changed every 3 years for a new one.

If i lease one, would i get maintenance for it,Tyres, insurance?

Anyone got any thougts?

You'd be mad to include tyres on a personal contract purchase (which is what you need) they'd charge you (as you put it) through the ring!

You can include insurance but again its best to shop around.

I can supply you what you want.... what ever that is.

I leased my noddy car when I first started in business as it's low risk.  I got insurance and servicing, tyres for wear not damage, basically just add fuel for about £60 a month (over 7 months) more than it would have cost to buy it on Nissan finance over 36 months.

Best of all they offered me the car for about half the list price when it was 8 months old.

But if you're buying a car to run into the ground, buy nearly new, some other muppet will have lost all the money on it that way.
