Each user can set their own time zone in their profile so those of you who are overseas can get a sensible time.

The forum admin will need to change the system time for the forum....  Coo-eee !!  Mr Shifter !

Surely the system time is not really an hour behind at all - just set to GMT which makes far more sense than mucking about changing it with the seasons as we insist on doing in this silly country.

Then as Tim says anyone who is bothered by it can change the setting in their profile.
