IGNITION CUTTING OUT

HELP   I HAVE A DISCO V8 When it gets to running temp a orange light Triangular with exclamation mark thereon lights up and engine stops I leave it to cool down light goes out and it will start then cuts out when light comes on.  Has anyone come across this Problem??   I have moved the amplifier to the wing using a land rover conversion kit  this solved the problem but its happening again      Any Ideas    Nige

There are 2 lights I can thinkof and one is the traction control, the other is the EFi warning light.  It probably thinks the engine is cooking as it has it's own temp sender.  

That's the first thing to check.
