getting a 2" lift kit , and arms tomos :D 8)
am going to fit it myself [or have a go] :?
has eany one got eany tips the best way off doing it :?
as not put one on befor

easey mate. put it on axle stands take your bump stop off and put a bottle jack on the flat bit of the axle, jack it up, undo the retainer plate and swap em over!
an x-spring is being fitted aswell but the principle is the same.

Eek - I would be rather worried about the bottom of the jack slipping off the axle myself!

would that be the haynes extreme discovery book by any chance??? its a load of bolloks! that only increaces the work you have to do! i did mine with out that and it works fine....but i diddnt put the arms on...i see no reason why you would have to do that!

Boss, in your photo I presume your brake hoses were disconnected?

Big one was the time, working on my own and at the time being very new to Discos, it took me a whole weekend and had lost all appeal by the end!

no, i got the x-spring and the +2 on without taking them off! there was plenty slack...the front is a different matter would barley get the +2 in!
