Someone with too much time and money on their hands :)

Though it's way less tacky than some round here, but I wonder if you hear the music if you're stood outside :?

Reading the info on the side it says that the music is transmitted vi low frequency fm radio so as not to disturb the neighbours. That way people can tune in on their car radios!!!!

Definately too much time and money :!:

The bloke who did that, Carson Williams has actually done quite well out of it. Started his own lighting business and now does this professionally.

Apparantly not!

Heading off on a tangent (sorry!).....

There was a strange 'article' on BBC Breakfast the other morning. They were talking about energy efficient Christmas lights and recommending buying LED versions. Err, excuse me, but just how un-evironmentally friendly is throwing away your old lights and buying new ones???

And nobody suggested not having lights at all as being the greenest option

Yeah... too right! Bah Humbug indeed!

My point was really about the hypocracy of the BBC presentation. I am a definate 'each to their own' person. It's just not for me.

Not sure if it still happens, but there was an estate in Lanark where the local electrickery board gave a years free supply to the house with what they judged the best light show! I'm sure you can imagine what that estate was like at night ...... daylight
