i like it but i'm a big TD5 fan. more importantly what does you dad think of it for playing in the mud

I brought a '52 td5 4 months ago. had to adjust the seat from lillyput size to real men size (6'5") and I find it great even thou I was going to keep my '92 tdi manual rangie instead of having the disco 2, but I love it now, it's just a shame landrover thinks that all series 2 owners are at max height 5'8" and 10 stone.
You shoudn't have to take a chair out and cut the rivets and reweld it should you ?
I didn't have too with the rangie!
