Dan,

i think you are kinda missing the point, not to mention its quite easy to ban the ID of the pc so new email address makes no difference.

Easy just make your ISP think you on with the normal IP add and let the DHCP server issue you another.

The admins do tend to spot who comes back again;  there are various ways to tell, but people try it on fairly frequently (on other boards I've been involved with, and here too).  Anybody who is still here is probably known about but tolerated, I'd say.

Asking to be deleted and being banned are two different things. If you are deleted, that's it - you can rejoin if the admins authorise you. If we *ban* you, then it's a bit more involved.

Dan

To be honest there is a few ways you may be able to fool the moderation team and rejoin but sooner or later you will give your self away (the mods are not that daft).
As for why you would want to rejoin when you and your behaviour is clearly not welcome is beyond me.
To want to rejoin a club where you are not wanted you are either a sadist or clearly desperate for friends.
May I respectfully suggest that if you are put on probation then you change you attitude and not you user name.
You will begin to understand that this is the best policy in about 30 years and you are not longer littledan but olderandwiserdan.

With the amount of fora that are available I can't see why anyone would want to come back to a forum where they have already proved that their behaviour is unacceptable.

Join another forum.  When you get banned from there, join another.  When you get banned from there as well either take a long hard look at yourself and see what it is about your character that others find distasteful and redress it, or on the other hand join ORRP.com and find out what the alternative is to being banned for being an arse.

I would recommend redressing your behaviour, its less harmful to your self esteem!

You've forgotten a step there - setting up your own!

Not a comment on anyone here, or on any other 4x4 forums. I have however seen it happen several times on model railway forums. If you want to see real cattiness then you need to watch the "ultra-finescale crowd Vs the rest" wars...
