Just watched a Battlelore video it sounds very Lacuna coil which is a good thing :D I shall be looking for more thanks for the name 8)

Rescently I have been listening to Gojira after seeing them Live supporting Trivium and I have to say Gojira should have headlined.

heard of within... but not the others but i will give them a listen now

i am quite open to taste but i wont listen to garbage such as whats on the charts these days who say they are a rock band but last time i looked they were nothing of the sort... eg kasabian, kaiser chiefs et al.

ive been enlightened with some carl cox and jeff mills of late which is very good, but stuff like deep dish depress me (think portishead with a pulse)

lol, they were amongst the originals in that type of genre. Ive never been a fan of the cant sing lead singer type band....just me.

Saw Marilyn Manson earlier this month and he was awesome live, i wasnt sure b4 i went but really great live.
i was gutted as they were backed by turbonegro ,... who were a joke! in the US Slayer backed him...now they are one of my all time faves.

Im sure Neil will be along shortly, lol

I have to say I won't slag off any band thats makes a living but manowar are like the blue oyster club of rock

I like skill in the trade, people who can do their job perfectly no matter what type of music...Masters of their art my ears are open :D

This is awesom and you have to say he knows how to play for those who have seen the quick change show in another thread this is the Guitar equivalent ... 8)

I love music possibly because i recon that no-one can say if one thing is good or bad, but only if they like it or not..

i pride myself on my very wide angle of taste..

currently i`m getting a tad metal, Metallica (the more recent stuff) pantera, apocalyptica, slayer, deftones etc..

SWMBO asked me to suggest some songs for the wedding.. dont think i`ll be unsupervised in that department after suggesting Smashing pumpkins - Ava Adore (youtube it!) brilliant song, although she didnt think it appropriate! lol

i`m also a bit of an electro/techno/breakbeat addict.. plump DJ`s through to Venetian snares,

as for others.. Alkaline trio are a favourite, chillis, nine inch nails.. list is a long one, and one i cannot be bothered typing out at this time of the night!

also just "aquired" discographies/albums for:
queens of the stone age
jimmy eat world
foo fighters
aphex twin
2 sinners
dillinja
faithless
machine supremacy
nirvana
chemical brothers

..to name but a few.. have around 20gb of music, without going through the shelf of CD`s.....

   :(music):

It has been said that, given enough time, a million monkeys bashing at a million typewriters would eventually produce the complete works of Shakespeare. Thanks to the Saxo forums, we now know this to be wrong

got gigs and gigs of this stuff tucked away. just filled a new Maxstor with 500 gig. Still recording old stuff from vinyl to the pc on last years Xmas present.
Still loading stuff onto the ipod .

The Answer are worth listening to for more blues/ACDC/Black Crowes based stuff.

Today (I shall be mainly plugged into my ipod)
