The best thing to do is go to the local shop, buy a couple of cheapo ones, then blitz it with cool stuff like spinach, cress or rocket, then mushrooms, parma ham or proper chirozo sausage, with a good cheddar or stilton or brie thrown onto it so it all melts down. Don't forget black olives, freshly ground black pepper and a few grains of rock salt.
Bellisimo!
Show a Neopolitan pizza chef pineapple or baked beans, and you'll get a torrent of abuse!

When I went to Venice, I had a pizza that was cooked like a pasty. It was filled with ham, mushrooms and loads of mozzarella. Awesome, aprt from I needed a skin graft to my mouth afterwards.

Ah yes, calzone! Hollywood Pizza in Aberystwyth does those, and I love 'em! Gotta eat 'em whilst they're hot and fresh though, which when picking up a pizza involves a 30 mile round trip, usually means it gets devoured en route as a starter!

My favourite toppings on a normal pizza however are pepperoni, spicy beef, ham, mushrooms, peppers, chillis and onion. Lovely! Infact I'm craving one now, which isn't too bad as I'm on taxi duty for a mate, and so I'm sitting here waiting for the call to head into town! Normally a pain in the backside picking him and his missus up when they're drunk, except one of his wife's mates needs a lift too, and she takes it upon herself to feed me a takeaway in the car!
