I have a car booked in tomorrow for a new steering box. In the quite likely event that they don't have one in stock I'm hoping that this snow can wait a few days!

Black bob I am guessing you arent in Brighton right now then?

Here in Daventry we had a snow flurry of very very small flakes and nothing settling. Hopefully over night it will fall heavily and I can take the disco into work and then get sent home as too dangerous to go out in it

Only concern is that my rover may be taken tomorrow evening in readyness for an mot on sat and my mechanic who has a 4x4 and does serious of road is a competant driver, it is just I am very nervous about other people driving my well loved car and even more so on snow. I am sure all will be fine though!

I saw about half a dozen flakes of  snow  and  nearly got excited. Then it just went very cold so I am nursing my man flu with some Balvenie Founders Reserve

Snow? Pah! I caught what I thought was a snowflake on my tounge, only to find out it was fag ash! not good! Mind you, I did see three snowflakes on my 18 mile journey to work today! It nearly caused the M27 to shut down!
