Not quite sure what you have asked there, but the pressure switch is fitted into an oil galery so the hole it goes into should have oil coming out of it as pressure when the engine is running, obvioulsy this is not clever but you can fit a pressure guage in that hole.

Bent pushrods :? shouldn't effect oil pressure.

Failed turbo, perhaps as the oil galery for the crank also ooils the turbo, if the turbo is passing too much oil then it will keep pressure right down, that's not good.

However with the head off you will find oil coming out of a small hol in the front of the block, the gasket then restricts this hole a lilttle more.  This is ther oil supply to the head, if it's not restricted then agian you will get no oil pressure.

Sounds to me very much like a lack of oil pressure caused the death of your 1st turbo and its now getting worse.....

Could be a number of things - main bearing wear, worn oil pump or blocked galleries/drillings.  Try some flushing oil through it and a slightly higher grade of oil, (what are you running now by the way?),  to see if that improves things
Son, life has a habit of kicking you in the ass and i only have vague recollections of when it wasn't kickin mine!
