RobIs the oil greyish or emulsified on the dipstick?Could be a dribbly injector as said.Does it happen again when you stop & re-start after engine has warmed?How many miles are on the engine?Cheers
i had this on my 200tdi...Injector was leaking overnight, hence excess fuel in the cylindar.Got worse over time - it used to run as lumpy as hell for the 1st min before i fixed it.Might also be worth checking the glow plugs 1st - they are cheaper!!
