Yep, basically I made up a spacer (from old springs) which gave an extra 1" approx on the drivers side. This more or less leveled things up. If you got a pair of Bits for Vits spacers (Ithink he only sells em in pairs) you could mod one to 1.25" to take up the sag!

Have you removed the anti roll bar? If not it needs disconnecting first!
If so, I usually jack the truck up and remove both wheels. Then I support the truck on axel stands on the Chassi as close to the front radius pivot poit as poss. Using a Hydraulic trolly jack on the axel between the hub and radius arm I put enough tension on the spring I want to remove so that the spring just begins to compress. I undo the lower shock mount and slowly lower the axel. This just about gives enough clearance to get the spring out. If not compress the spring a little first.
I do this by making the spring take the trucks weight and the keep it compressed with three specially shortenend ratchet straps. As the spring is only slightly compressed the straps hold it compressed easily. This also makes it eaier to get the spring back in once youv'e put the extra spacer in. Spring compressors might work too, but theres not much room to get em in.
Just remember to work safe, do ieverything slowly and think about what your doing . I usuall put my highlift under the front bumper ( I have a steel KAP Rock Bumper fitted) for extra stability and safety. Doing it this way you can do just one side at a time.

Mine has the Bits4Vits spacer fitted to level it up. It was done when I bought it so I cannot offer advice on the process but can offer photographs of the installed item if thishelps

Mine has "castor correction bushes" rather than the weld, fitted by the previous owner

The pro comp springs bow baddly and rub on chassis. I swopped my fronts for Old Man Emu ones and they seem to resist bowing better, even before I did the castor correction mod.

You'll still have to remove the wheel and drop the axel. Its easier to strap the spring while under tension (ie weight of truck on it)
