WARNING - Parts Supplier
« on: January 27, 2005, 18:51:54 »
Just to warn you about a parts supplier please visit either my http://www.90county.co.uk or http://www.discoverytd5.co.uk websites. I won't post details on here as it may be against the forum policy, but please add yourself to one of the 100,000+ hits a month the sites get.

Thanks

Stef

Did you pay by credit card, hope so.  If they don't have your signiture, you don't have to pay!  if the goods are faulty or incorrect, you don't have to pay!  Consumer credit act.  Contact your card company, they will want copies of your correspondance.

I could add another supplier to the list.

Ordered a rear axle case early December, still not got anything.

I have had every excuse under the sun.

Annoying thing is, I was in Wolverhampton (which is in the midlands)the first week in January, just minutes away from the place in question.  I could have paid them a visit in person, and then maybe the Disco would be back on all fours.

I'm getting nothing but grief off the missus, as she's been driving a B reg Micra since my incident.

Well to be totally honest, I have to say that I'm surprised by your experience. When you said you'd had crap service I immediately assumed it was the other shower from the same area. Now I could tell you a story or two about them! Hence the reason I use the company you are featuring rather than anyone else. You can only judge from experience.
Cheers
