Mud tyres?
« on: January 15, 2008, 23:25:12 »
Hi all

Can anyone point me in the direction of sizes for mud tyres for the Nissans?

This is to do with both the Terrano and the Navara.

A mate of mine has been told that the tyres on the Coastguard vehicle for his team are the wrong size and not recommended by Nissan.

I don't know what size are on there now, or the brand but any help would be appreciated.

cheers

Don't know about Navaras I'm afraid but can help with T2's.

Nothing but standard is recommended by Nissan, thats 235/75s on eother 15s or 16s depending on age.

Practically though a 31 x 10.5 will fit, though it dpends on the manufacturers sizing, I've got 30 x 9.5 x 15s on and neede to remove the front mud flaps otherwise they were fine.

What size have they got on?

For Navara try www.uknissan4x4.com its a free site or the owners club in my sig.

I'm running 235/70/16's on my T2 if you got 15's you should have no problems with 30's
