any one know what the diff is between 3.9 with no cat and a 3.9 with cat lpg kit

The ECU on the cat version has a different tune resistor, this is to set the ecu to use an alternative preloaded fuel map.

With the TSR in place the ECU has much more diagnostic ability, wheterh you have cats or not the TSR tells the ECU to look for lambda sensors.
