Is it possible to calibrate the trip meter on a P38 to read correct on larger tyres ??

I'm not sure on the P38 as it uses a bolt-in electronic sender doesn't it?  On older Disco and RRC you could change the speedo drive gears for those from a Defender.

There is a speed signal buffer somewhere IIRC, perhaps that could be modified?
