Anyone else out there having trouble with their Lycos Email account. I haven't been able to log in for 3 days now  :x :x :x :x :x :roll: :roll:

I just went into mine and found this

Dear customer,

We must inform you of planned maintenance for the Lycos Email service on January the 22th. The planned maintenance will mean that the Lycos Email service will not be available for several hours from 0:00am.

The maintenance is taking place in order to provide customers with a higher quality performance for the Lycos Email product. This will lead to higher user satisfaction with the service.

Hmm same here.
It was fine until I took the poot to be fixed. Now I can login to my inbox online but the synchronisation won't work as the program is missing. So I downloaded the synch prog but when it tells me to enter email and password it refuses them...

..after it let's me look at my emails???

Something extremely wrong there I reckon.

Yep, same here, I can eventually read my mail but when I try the synchro program it refuses them, looks like the maintenance job has been a right cock up  :x :x :x

Strangely enough after spouting forth last night on here, I now have a working lycos synchro account! :)

I spoke too soon!
Been nothing but trouble so I've shut it down.
Keeps asking for the password over and over again, and can't clear it!
