The way i used to bleed mine was to bleed using the lift pump handle with the two screws open, then once you have fuel at both of those, get someone else to crank the engine over on the starter while you watch the injector pipes, as each one starts to spurt fuel out, tighten it down. using full throttle helps here, as it tries to put more fuel through.
(if you get to much fuel through yell at your assistant to stop!)
i think someone else mentioned this in your other thread, its a popular way of doing it.
the lazy way of doing it is to bleed those two screws by hand, then just crank it til it fires
dont over work your starter motor though, and make sure your battery is fully charged.
